可以在小额法庭申请要回房客申请Chapter 7 破产保护后所欠的房租吗？

房客二月份申请Chapter 7 破产保护。申请后，他告诉我他要继续住下去。5月下旬，破产批准。这期间，他一直找借口拖延付款。我没办法，通过破产法庭和地区法庭申请驱逐令，于6月初把他赶走。我的问题是我可以在小额法庭申请要回从2月份他申请破产后到6月初他搬走之间的房租吗？谢谢！
