我现住加州湾区，想和老公离婚。我们没有共同财产，现租住公寓，联合帐户的钱只
有几十Cent,因为每次我存钱进去，立即被老公取走。而且，我每月必须付部分房租，
并曾因为没有按期交租，而被老公拿走家门钥匙，在晚上两次赶出家门。我想请问，
如果老公不同意协议离婚，我请律师申请法庭判决，大概会需要多少钱呢？需要多
少时间才能办完呢？听说律师费很贵。。还有，请问哪位可以推荐Fremont 地区比
较可靠，收费又合理的律师呢？我老公是美国公民，我的绿卡是他帮办的，请问离
婚会影响我的绿卡吗？谢谢帮助了。
