关于医疗账单

全家去Buffalo玩，儿子得了肺炎，去看West New York (WNY) Immediate Care.做了X-ray， 抽血化验。 收到账单 $258， 其中$250 是 annual deductible, $8 是20% 自负额（after meeting $250 deductible)。 但根据policy，for urgent care, 病人只需付per visit fee of $15， no need to meet annual deductible if all physician serivices occure at the urgent care facility. 跟保险公司联系了，说他们的处理claim是正确的，医生提交的服务是unlisted service, 还加一句a corrected claim is needed, 言外之意医生办公室没有提交正确的claim。 给医生打电话，说提交正确。反反复复， 电话，保险公司网上发信息交流，问题没解决。很耽误时间。医生billing office说还要给我寄账单。在电话里跟她大吵一番。怎么办？谢谢！
