rental property

We have a rental property managed throught a local rental management company.  We verbally agreed on the price when the potential rentals contacted us. Can we take the property off the market now if The renters have not signed the official contract with the rental company  yet as of today. will that cause us legal troubles?

We need your advice urgently. Thank you so very  much.
