Divorce

My hu*****and wants to get divorced but I do not want(I agree to get divorced at the time he filed the paper to the court but I change my mind). He has filed the paper to the court. It has been three months passed and I do not receive summon from the court.

Am I supposed to receive the summon from the court? (I did not sign the paper). What will be the procedure/next steps?
