如果你没有在账单上签字，为什么要你还？父母来美，你向政府担保的是，万一父母得到“means-tested public benefit”，（根据收入获得的公共福利）你需要偿还。私人欠款不属此类。私人欠款不在美国国务院签证考虑的范围之内。http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864instr.pdf

有的州有filial responsibility law，http://www.elderlawanswers.com/son-liable-for-moms-93000-nursing-home-bill-under-filial-responsibility-law-9873  但是那是限于父母进护理院的情况。父母日常生活中积累的债务（包括医疗费用），一般不会因为filial responsibility law摊到你身上。当然你没有说你的州，也没有说你父母的医疗费用到底是什么，无法准确回答。
