the landlord tired to fix the problem once during the 41 days, he tries to shut out the general water supply  for the whole apartment building, but he broke the faucet for the water supply for the whole building, but after the condo association fixed the general water faucet  supply for the whole building , the landlord never came back to fix the leaking shower in the bathroom.

 we can not live in a water drop covered apartment for another 30 days before we move out, it is ergent situation.
