I-140批了,老公要离婚

我是H-1, 结婚2年.老公的I-140批了,我俩的485也递上2年了. 现在老公出轨要离婚(received the summon from the court),我要是签了离婚书,那绿卡是不是也没了? 男方收入比女方多，需要付生活费给女方吗？我们不在同-个州,分居/离婚如何办理? 有谁明白的给个信儿,我也好做个准备.
