美国公民在大陆结婚，配偶要怎么来美？

我是美国公民，在中国大陆结婚的话，配偶要过多久可以来美？大概过程是怎么样的？又要多久能拿到绿卡呢？

我还准备在大陆工作一段时间？请问怎么样可以办理相关工作许可证呢？方便吗？
