很麻烦的问题，请教大家。也在其它地方贴了。还有内容在下页。看中了一套房子，房检结束，准备成交，

成交前检查发现楼梯有裂缝，但house  inspector漏掉了。再检查发现这个裂缝是因为厨房墙的拆除造成的。和house  inspector 联系，他说房检不take care 结构问题，但出了一份材料，说需要结构工程师再评估。和seller联系，seller说他们不知道这个情况。我们的agent 很想把这笔买卖完成，说我们没有办法退出。在这种情况下，我们该怎么办？我们很担心结构问题，不想买这个房子。我们怎样终止才能把deposit 要回来？
