enterprise租车，买了全保，撞到花圃，现租车公司要我赔偿。求助

求助！！！

在enterprise租车，租车时买了enterprise的全保（我没车，自己没有车保险）。在一家银行的停车场停车时，误将刹车踩成油门，撞坏汽车的前部和花圃。银行的工作人员通知了警察，警察开了careless driving的罚单。

现在enterprise公司说，因为是careless driving，要我赔偿。

现在很焦虑，不知道怎么处理这件事。
