I want to use them originally and that's why I allow them to copy my doc. They didn't tell me anything upfront either and I was waiting for the letter since they told me they can't do the tax form until they have everything they need. But as CPA, they should know the tax code(instead of searching for about 4 hrs), and they should not charge me tor preparing the engagement letter?
