Is living trust a better idea when I am in the process of divorc

He is always in control of our family faniance, everything.
I have no clear idea of how much we own and saved.

I planned to do a living trust this year using company's legal service.
Now he filed divorce, we just started.
Should it still be a good idea to do the living trust before I sign the paper of seperation?
