法律咨询车祸，受害者十字路口绿箭头灯左转

对方闯红灯直行，撞到受害者driver side back wheel，driver side airbag all deployed. 对方车报废。对方撒谎说是过绿灯。
受害人X-ray没事儿，但有症状需PT，minor injury。没证人，没摄像头，还告吗，有胜利机会吗？
