uk national lottery 中奖了?

我受到一个EMAILL说我中了uk national lottery的奖.
有两种选择领奖:
Option 1:
Courier your winning draft to you via any of this channels listed below:
FedEx: £577.75

UPS: £560.95

Post office mail: £489.00

Option 2:
The said amount £122,200.00 (One hundred and twenty two thousand two hundred Great Britain Pounds) will be wired to your bank account via swift bank transfer.

Condition: The cost of COT (commission of transfer) being charged by our transferring bank, which is 2.4% (i.e £972.00) of the cash being transferred will be paid by you.

但又说:
Note that your prize is protected by a hardcover insurance policy, which makes it impossible to deduct any amount from the money before it has been remitted to you. This means that the above charges cannot be deducted from the prize and hence must be provided by you before your prize is transferred to you.
Moreover,you are reqiured to send payment charges via western union money transfer,of what ever option you have chosen to our dispatch agent James Cole who is incharge of sending you your cheque and winning documents.

我不知道这是不是一个骗局?
请那位高人指教.
