急!!買房後如何驅逐前屋主

本人在新澤西州買了一套一家庭的房子.
過戶當天,前屋主要求多住一個晚上,第二天中午便才可完全遷出.
但是到了第二天下午他再要求再多住兩個晚上.
我們只是口頭上同意過戶後讓他留一個晚上.
現在我擔心他們會一肯搬走,
請在經驗/專業人士指教我們可以怎麼做.
