shall i provide the photos of the original status of the furniture and wallpapers, etc?
there were some minor "damage" when I moved in, for example, the furniture has some small black ink stain, and wallpaper has some small peeling off. they are so small and I did not think they are important. but when i moved out, landlord say they are serious damages. I did not take photos when i moved in, and did not sign any check-in sheet, for that is a private house, the check-in is not formal.
