老猫版主：谢谢您的迅速答复！你说的道理我当然懂。我自己有小孩。所以在有校区闪灯的地方开车很小心。那天是头一次在那一时间沿那方向路过，学校里肯定是有孩子的，但我连孩子影子都没看到就被抓了。当时都没明白怎么回事。我现在想要mitigation hearing, then ask the court for a deferral, but am concerned that a speeding ticket in the school zone is not eligible for a deferral(正在学习中）。If deferral is not the option, then going to court to contest the ticket probably will make some sense. 请赐教！
