搬家公司随便涨价，东西也扣下了，怎么办？谢谢

朋友住多伦多，在网上看当地广告找搬家公司，用邮件谈好了东西，地方，和价钱，对方要求先付款，朋友付了钱搬家公司拉上东西以后，打电话来，要加$1500，否则不给拉，朋友提出不搬了，换别的公司，他们又说钱不退，东西放他们那里，一天$100块。朋友很生气，说要报警，并打官司，花钱也不怕，对方问朋友挣多少钱等私人问题。朋友是女的，人生地不熟，不想有麻烦，有点怕，可否报警？谢谢。

update on this: My friend called the police, the police called the moving company.

My friend will need to find another company to pick her things up, and go to court to get her money back from this moving company. She has all the emails, receipts, and cell phone messages.
