I am closing my apt. today and I am the buyer. Until closing the attorneys for both side found out that the UCC3 was missing and the closing has to be canceled. Nobody can answer when the closing will be for the next time. But I already scheduled to move out by Dec.24 with my current landlord and my landlord has rented my apt. out to the new tenant. I have a little kid and it's very hard for me to move twice and leave me in a very hardship now to find a new place to live. My question is whose responsibility is for this situation? Who will cover my lose due to the closing delay? How can I claim my loss?
是coop, 今天律师才发现有个债权登记还有效,没被取消掉。 有可能是当时卖家借home equity loan 登记的,但是没有注销。 现在coop管理公司不让过户。 这个在lien search上都有,但是lien search后双方律师居然没有发现,造成了今天被迫取消过户的事情。下一次过户时间没人能确定,但是月底前基本不可能了。
悲催的是我都和房东说好了要月底搬家,房子也被房东租了出去,现在我带着一个孩子没有地方去了啊,再租房子的话,broker fee,
还有租金,押金损失要1万的, 这个责任该谁来负责?
