我在网上看有人讲放弃绿卡可以得到一个十年的签证，但也看到了有人放弃绿卡，结果被拒签B2 （印度人）.
-Not ten year B2 visa, but normal one. Normally she should have no problem to get the B2 visa after giving up the green card. I have known several people get the B2 visa after they gave up green card and never heard someone did not get the B2 visa yet.

申请放弃绿卡并申请B2，她要到哪里去办理？她住在大连。
-She can just go to the US Consulate in Shenyang, Beijing or other where in China to abandon the green card and apply for the B2 visa there at the same time or any time later.

如果去广州申请SB1，要去两次，她觉得身体上太不方便了，怕吃不消。
-She can stay in Guangzhou for several days (one trip) to complete the whole procedure (normally two interviews for SB-1 visa plus immigration visa are taken in a few days).

她很希望在美国住在美国，甚至在美国买好了墓地。她过去几年没有file过任何税，不知道这是否影响她的申请SB1签证。
