用州内学费。如果你读本科,只要你是中国居民就可以享受州内学费。如果你的读GRADUATE的ECON,你也可以申请专门给中国人的奖学金(好像包括了学费和生活费),如果不行,夏大还有一个独立的经济研究中心专门研究亚太地区国家的经济的,你可以试试申请他们的RA(包括了学费和生活费,但好像是要你转J-1的)。
