about tree cutting. At the same time I clearly tod my neighbor that I needed to be home at the time of tree trimming. I am very curious.  How are they going to argue that i anthorized tree cutting and when I did that. And I told two of my friends that I was so pissed off one morning because I was in a hurry to get my kid ready for school and he came over and asked if he could come to my property to cut the trees that morning even after my hu*****and told him not to just the day before. I told him" No, you can not come to my property and the school is starting  in 7 mins, I have to go now!". One of them is American and she is so mad that my neighbor did that to me and said" take it to the court and I will write you a check for that!". both of my friends are willing to go to the court as witness  if necessary. Anyway, I am hiring a lawyer to handle this for me.
