to cut your trees.  You are going to talk to a lawyer to see what your options are regarding the trees already cut. (To make sure your other trees are not cut.)

Then, talk to a lawyer.  I think you probably need to sue the tree company, as they are the one cut your trees without your permission. They will deal your neighbor.  But, talk to a lawyer.
