法居士, please help!!!

I have filed I130/I485 for my parents immigration. I just realized that I should have filed with Philadelphia local office and then they will transfer to National Benefits Center and I will get receipt from there. What I did was to send to Vermont Center (Homeland Securities, Immigration and Naturalization Services, VT). It has been 20 days, the checks were not cashed and no receipt. Will vermont center transfer my case to National Benefits Center or what should I do now?
