请教老猫及各位大侠 - 和ATT的麻烦

在两个月搬家前,我给ATT打电话,结果拿到一个一年的U-vers internet 合同 (Max plus, 18 mbps),每个月$34.95 (原价$56.00, promotion discount $21.05).但几天后,从 online account看到的是没有promotion 的订单($56.00 per month)。所以用 ATT online chat,要求查实,结果AAT在线员工确定,是我原来电话订的合同($34.95)。由于以前有过教训,所以和ATT在线员工查询时,把所有内容都存下来了。
 
一个月前,收到搬家后第一个bill,没有任何promotion。用email和ATT Customer Service 联系,经过几个来回,最后,ATT 说“I am glad to notify you that the Internet monthly price has been revised for you at $34.95/month for next 12 months effective July xx,2013." 
 
可是,一周前,又收到新的bill,还是没有任何promotion。只好用上次的 case #,继续用email 和ATT customer service交涉,又经过几个email和电话回合,ATT反复保证那一年优惠合同 (电话和email),比如三次emails:
1. “I assure you that from the next billing cycle your monthly bill will be $34.50.” 
2. “I assure you that from the next billing cycle your monthly bill will be $34.50 as this promotion is applied on your account Aug xx, 2013”
3. “after reviewing your account, I would like to inform you that your monthly charges will be $34.50”
 
由于online account始终没有显示正确的promotion合同,根据ATTcustomer service建议,又给ATT specialist 打电话,这一次,ATT员工据绝给我每月$34.95的一年合同,说我not qualify the promotion,因为我搬家前已经是ATT顾客,这个promotion只给新顾客。可是,我所有联系过的ATT员工都知道我以前就是ATT顾客。回过头,再给ATT customer service 联系,他们说,他们没办法了。现在已经是合同开始两个月了。
 
想听听大家的意见,我是继续和ATT交涉呢,还是换一家公司算了。如果继续和ATT交涉,下一步该怎么进行。ATT这样出尔反尔,赖皮,感觉很不爽,继续交涉下去,似乎又不值。
