Jury问题请教

我是全职妈妈，最小的孩子6岁上一年级，时间是8：00am--3：00pm,
最近收到要求做Jury的信。
我这情况可不可以Exemptions from Jury service里的这条：

You have legal custody of a child or children younger than 12 years of age and service on jury would require leaving
the child or children without adequate supervision.
