只有一部分的filing fee是雇主必须支付的，而且不许用任何形式转嫁到雇员身上，但这只是filing fee中的一个特定的部分。其余任何费用（例如，律师费），法律上，雇主愿意作为福利帮助支付可以支付，不愿意就不支付。
