bakground check问题

去年１１月，因为老公外遇，我和他发生争吵。他叫了警察。我被逮捕。后来案子nolle prosequi.

现在我要找新工作。我的bakground check 会有问题吗？公司会查到记录吗？我申请得公司还是挺高 level 的。他们会在意我的记录吗？

我能把逮捕记录屏蔽掉吗？怎么屏蔽呢？
