一个神经病把房门踹了，court要我出庭了。问题请教

出租房住4个房客，一天晚上一个神经病（后来警察打电话说的，此人有mental problem）把大门踹了，跑到地下室把地下室的门也踹了。 房客反映迅速，立刻打电话叫了警察。警察2分钟后到，这个人还没走。  现在我们所有人收到court的信。这么说的：
The sheriff of XX county is hereby commanded to subpoena:
   XXXX

You are also commanded then and there to bring with you the following documents or things:

To the above listed wirness: you are hereby commanded to appear before the Circuit Court for XX county to testify for the state of XX and to remain in attendance from day to day until excused. Failure to attend and remain in attendance or failure to bring any documents or exhibits as may be directed in the subpoena may result in a Writ of Attachment for your arrest. This case is scheduled for the following:

TRIAL       July XX, 2013
