父母想在加州买房，请教关于Title的问题

我们对加州的有关税法不了解，特上来诚恳请教：

国内的父母希望在加州买一套房产送给他们五岁的孙女（我们的女儿），想直接把她的名字放在Title上。请问这样可行吗？
