很想让他走，但是用什么理由呢？

他没有不交钱。但是3个月，他有2个月交支票都是有条件的。第一次说是我存了支票，我就对我的agent 的所有行为负责。我没有理他，告诉他，我存支票是因为他住了我的房子，我收房租是没有condition的。他这次又来了。

他说没有热水，但是根本没有这回事，还有不停的说gas leaking.Gas company的人已经说了没有问题，他还是不停的说。

他这样做我能以 continuted disorder conduct为理由 Evict他吗？
