Parking lot 停车们擦了对方的车

室友的车子-
在Office building parking 停好车、打开们的时候
把别的车子轻擦了下、不严重（一层白的）朋友有留notes and cellphone
对方后来说他急着去airport,回来再说，还说
Nothing big deal. 要抱insurance 嘛？可朋友
的Deduction 很高、几百要自己付、要怎样
