紧急!!!

前几天租了一间房子,和房东签了合同一年,但没有付押金,住一个晚上后,觉得房子太差就跟房东提出搬走,房东答应了并说要付一个晚上的钱,我付后就搬走了但忘记拿收据.现在房东说要我付3个月得钱并说我签了合同要告我,我说我已经给了你钱但房东不认帐说什么都没给,我该怎么办?房东是印度的.
