Question on I used the HSA card to pay my gas once

(1)That HSA card is so similar with my credit card, so I accidently pulled the wrong card and used it to pay the gas last weekend, just found out by checking my receipt, it is about $40, is it a big problem when I fill the tax form on April 2013? IRS wiil audit it?   Thanks.

(2) If couple work in two states? can we still fill the Federal tax  on the same form together?

(3)How about state tax, we must pay separately? It will be  a headache this year.
