紧急求助老猫斑竹和各位大侠

老猫斑竹和各位大侠紧急求助：

我拿得是加州驾照，8月份去纽约尼亚加拉大瀑布游玩，

半路被警察伏击，罚单超速，

回头付了纽约法庭380美元，现在有收到纽约DMC的来信要吊销我的纽约驾照。

还要我交纳 ASSESSMENT费用，

我从来都没有办国如何纽约驾照，何来的吊销？？

请问老矛班主任各位大侠如何出这个案子？？

如何恢复纽约DMV 的信件？？
