加州离婚收到法院Notice of Case Management Conference

六月底启动程序，对方已经收到起诉书。现在双方准备签财产分割协议，走“default case with written agreement”，如这里的描述：http://www.courts.ca.gov/8410.htm

协议在进行中，收到了法院的“Notice of Case Management Conference”，这个是干啥的？我们还是可以继续按default with written agreement进行吧？
