请教单身老猫：
我的landlord withheld all of our security deposit，and even charge us more than that，
我们请了professional cleaner do the full house cleaning, only cost $260 for 4 hours，
他号称厨房太油，又charge了$400 for just cleaning the oil。
还有一个就是楼下的墙上有一些小孩蜡笔画的，charge了我们1500 for painting。
我看了一些tenant union’s web site,如果我们在那里已经住了7年半，我们不应该负全部的费用，对吗？
还是因为这个是我们的造成的damage，我们应该要付？
另外一些小的东西，我们做final walk through inspection的时候他没有给我们一个list of items that needs to be repaired，我们走之前还是好的，他能charge我们吗？
He should give us invoice or receipts for all the cost he paid to the repairman or the cleaning company, not just a list of charges he claimed, 对吗？
