谢谢老猫和apt的热心帮助，具体问题怎么做？

I know the tenant is paying rent because one time my ex slipped when he was talking. The tenant has job, ex moved out and rents somewhere else but claims he let tenant living there for free. Ex claims he is in financial difficulties because he can't work any more, but paying mortgage on that joint property at the same time. Come on, common sense.

So how do I do it?

1. I fill out this form, then submit to the court? It is supposed to be issued to the tenant.

2. Do I need to get a hearing date on that?

3. What form to fill to request the court to issue subpoena? I will attach a brief declaration to explain why I need to subpoena the tenant. I am in LA.
