Not sure how 2 m shortage of the frontage road would affect the use and enjoyment of your house. Typically in this kind of cases, unless you can prove the builder committed fraud, a reduction in price is all you can get. The builder has offered compensation. If the frontage is really that important to you, check your contract to see whether you can cancel it.
