今年诸事不顺，求大家指点！

前两个月请人刷了外墙，是tex-cote.其中，也是碰到太多让人头痛的细节。现在，时过数月，打了无数次电话要求给我们发票，还有life time warranty, 对方都说tex-cote没有寄给他们，等等， 以此把我们打发。我现在感觉他们是有意在拖延时间，或者就是根本不想给我们发票和warranty。像这样的情况，我该如何处理呢？对方是正规的公司。
