一件麻烦事求助

上个月，我通过一个car dealer 作 auto loan refinance, 然后这家car dealer 找到一家银行提供了一个新的loan。但是后来我发现原来的loan 始终没有付。于是我打电话给这家银行，他们告诉我他们已经把钱划给car dealer 了，最后我找到car dealer， 他们承认一直扣着这笔钱。但是现在这家car dealer 刚刚filed 了 chapter 11 bankrupcy. 所以付清原来的loan需要等到他们卖掉他们的资产。现在的情况是原来的loan和新的loan 都在给我寄账单。我已经在联系律师了。要等到下周一才能跟律师谈。在这之前，我想问问大家有什么好的建议没有，万分感谢！
