碰了别人的车, 求教.

最近心理事儿有点多，拿车的时候back up不小心碰了别人的车，她的后Bumper凹进去了大概2０厘米长，3cm深：（ 等了半小时给了那人我的insurance information. 这是我第一次碰别人车，不知道是不是我应该自己也call一下我的insurance company, telling them what's going on. I didn't bring my cell phone at that time, so I didn't take the picture of it. I do have that lady's name and phone No. Thanks for any suggestion.
