I don't think that they can force you to leave. If they want to force you to leave, they need to sue you. However, it is your fault, so you need to find a new apartment soon.

Another things, you can tell landlord your bf just live here temporality if you don't want to leave.

About bad record, I think it means that they will report it to the bureau. I am not clear about it.
