争论你的观点很容易。例如：Her hun*****and 可以说被骗了，也可以做污点证人

-Based on “老公说如果离婚，他会向移民局报告，那她就需要在两个月内离境”, obviously her hu*****and just threats her. Do you really think he was cheated by her from these words? Everything relies on evidences. What 污点 do you think? Do you think USCIS is stupid to issue the green card to her? Divorce is very common and some people got their permanent green card even after they divorced. If her hu*****and continues to threat her, she can sue him or call 911.
