ask for help: joint tenant with right of survivorship

If hu*****and and wife has joint tenant with right of survivorship to their estate(house), when one spouse deceased, does another one have to pay gift tax or estate tax to receive the 50% from the deceased spouse?  Estate(house) is in Texas, value around $200,000.  Thanks a lot.
