亲戚家的表妹三年前，在美国玩时，和美国人结婚，然后回中国，几个月前申请到绿卡（10年绿卡）来美国，和老公生活几个月后，发现个性不合，想要离婚（绝非假结婚骗绿卡，是真的发现性格不合）。

老公说如果离婚，他会向移民局报告，那她就需要在两个月内离境。

请问10年的结婚绿卡到底有没有她老公说的这个限制。

据老公说他和他叔叔是申请绿卡的经济担保人，不知道是不是真的。

-Does not matte to her. Based on the immigration law, her spouse and 他叔叔 (经济担保人) need to support her until she gets the US citizenship even if they divorce. So, her hu*****and 吓唬她 is useless.
