H1/F1可以以SOLE PROPRIETOR形式作生意吗?

到年底保税时,在C SCHEDULE 上报收入,并上税?

一朋友告诉我,别人都在这么做.我只是想搞清楚这样到底合法否? 我也花了好多时间做这方面的RESEARCH,到现在为止,也找不到什么法律依据,说这样可以,或者不可以.按困惑中.
