a question on car insurance

If insurance company found the address of insured driver had been changed but not reported, what would happen? How to deal with it? A claim is in the process. Would they reject to issue the claim because of address change? In case it was disclosed, ask for suggestions here in advance. Thanks. It is a case in Maryland.
