a "about 2-3mm blue stuff" in

My hu*****and bought five packages "crystal geyser" bottle water, net 8 fl oz, 240ml/per bottle, 8 bottles/per package, very recently from Trader Joe. However, when I wanted to open one bottle water to feed my baby, I was very surprised to find a "about 2-3mm blue stuff " inside the bottle water, so
I did not open the sealed lid of the bottle and did not feed my baby that bottle water. I am very worried the product because why a "about2-3mm blue stuff" is inside the bottle water when the bottle is still sealed. I want to know what stuff it is and how it happened? The info on the bottle is "B40823041734, SELLBY082306". We still have the five
packages "crystal gerser" bottle water, and all the five packages are the same date, 082304. We do not want to drink it because WHEN one bottle water 082304 has problem, it may mean that all the same date water has the problem too. What should we do??? I am in Dayton, Ohio.
